We’ve made Christianity far too comfortable and popular that people are willing to associate with it without knowing the Christ it represents.
Picture yourself before the throne of God. All of your life you put things before Him, or even next to Him. All through the years you never fully submitted to Him because of whatever it was that you just didn’t want to give up. Due to this your relationship with Him suffered. He doesn’t even know the person that stands before Him.
And as He looks at you, and you at Him, He says “My child, was it worth it?”.
So let me ask you this: Whatever it is that you focus on, whatever it is that consumes your time and steals from your relationship with Christ, is it worth it?
